Dr. Peter Cowden, a well-known consulting psychologist, built EDI with the purpose of providing expert advice and coaching to leaders of firms and organizations.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Early on, Dr. Cowden recognized the need for customized approaches for senior management based on their particular needs.\u00a0 Since then, his firm has become well known for providing top quality assessment, development, and guidance in growing and transitioning organizations.\u00a0 Since its founding, EDI has served over 100 clients in the past 20 years.\u00a0 <\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div>

Dr. Cowden combines a unique blend of academic training and corporate management expertise.\u00a0 He holds a doctorate from Harvard University and a master\u2019s degree from Yale University.\u00a0 He has taught and lectured at Harvard and Yale as well as other universities, professional associations, and conferences.\u00a0 Dr. Cowden has authored numerous articles, which have appeared in professional journals such as the American Psychologist, Monthly Labor Review and American Journal of Psychology.\u00a0 He has been featured, interviewed, and quoted in numerous business and industry media including the Boston Globe, InformationWeek, Boston Business Journal, Mass High Tech and the Bloomberg Business Report.\u00a0 <\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>
Elizabeth A Lemons<\/span>\n

Partner<\/h3><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Elizabeth is a seasoned executive with over 30 year\u2019s experience as a thought leader, team and organizational builder and change agent in the Human Capital arena.<\/p>\n

In her role as Partner at Executive Destinations Elizabeth has been working as a career transition coach to senior and executive level clients. Her approach to career transition is to support her clients through all aspect of the career transition process with a keen focus on helping them determine the \u201cright\u201d next opportunity to fit their professional and personal goals.<\/p>\n

Elizabeth launched her career in HR at Babson College where she served as the VP of HR and Acting CFO. While at Babson she served as an adjunct Professor teaching in the undergraduate, graduate and Executive Education programs.<\/p>\n

Most recently Elizabeth served as the Chief People Offer at Interactions Corporation and Forrester Research.<\/p>\n

Elizabeth has her BS and MBA degrees from Babson College and lives between Sarasota Florida and Concord Massachusetts.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
